From the song "Valkyrensang" by the folk music-duo PurPur, for which this illustration was originally intended. In this beautiful song, the Valkyrie tells of her tragic task, after fulfilling his destiny, to drive the hero her own spear into the heart and to accompany him to Valhalla, after she has protected and trained him all his life.
Unfortunately, I didn't really listen to the job description and did everything right in terms of content ... only the execution doesn't quite fit the planned overall work of the extremely gifted band. (That you can look forward to, if I may say so here .... In-and outgame.;))
Well ... so I have something again that I can show here and PurPur gets something new .... good too, right? 🙂
